Apnea in Mange la Mode

Holiday-2007

Art is like a Benevolent Master. When served, the creative urge bestows many great rewards. When denied an outlet, this natural urge causes deep unrelenting distress.  I have been creating elaborate costumes since 1969, beginning with my sister's Barbie dolls!

My Artistic Journey has had many vicissitudes all of which have led to the formation of new ideas and inspirations. When I think about the concept of someone blocking my RIGHT to create, to serve my Master, I shudder. To block an artist from letting their creativity flow is an injustice that serves none. Please, free Lithium Picnic.

In an effort to champion the freedom of artistic outlet, I have designed an exquisite gown for Apnea. Lithium Picnic has photographed it as only he can.  I will create only one custom fitted replica, which will go to the highest bidder in an auction to raise money for the Lithium Picnic Defense Fund.
